Whether it's with starting a vegetable garden, managing a backyard full of flowers, building a raised bed, installing a drip system, or taking care of indoor plants, we'll get you started so you can take it from there.
  

• Landscape Consulting - If you're ready to take a fresh look at your outdoor space, EcoFlora-Marin is ready to help you make sustainable choices that are good for the eye, the pocketbook, and the environment. We have assisted several home-owners switch to California native plants that look beautiful, provide habitat and food for birds and other species, and have helped save maintenance time and precious water. We have also shown a few businesses and multi-family complexes the way to a more sustainable future with their landscapes. Plus, we can work closely with building contractors and lawn maintenance professionals to make sure all your needs are met.
  

• Composting - Using a worm compost bin or full-size yard compost bin is an excellent way to recycle your food or yard waste while producing your own high quality fertilizer. EcoFlora-Marin can help you pick out (or build) the right bin for your situation, show you how to maintain your composting system, and advice on how best to use the results.
  

• Hand Pruning - Pruning incorrectly or at the wrong time can be one of the worst things you can do for your plants. And hacking away with a chainsaw or motorized hedge trimmer is usually not the best way to go either. EcoFlora-Marin recommends hand pruning, especially for delicate trees and other plants. We can show you how to do it yourself or take care of the job from start to finish.
  

• Yard Staging - Need to stage your yard (or maybe even your indoor space) for a party or sale? Your plants can be a very effective part of your presentation. EcoFlora-Marin can help by advising on the right plants and colors, helping make sure all your plants are in tip-top shape, bring in extra plants if needed, and make sure all greenery is perfect for that special occasion.
  

• Public Presentations - Invite EcoFlora-Marin's president, Michele Bush, to speak at your next garden club or homeowner's association meeting. Speaking engagements can be strictly demonstration or done as a hands-on workshop.
